Who is the applicant?
The applicant is Emmanuel College, Cambridge. Emmanuel College is the owner of the site and some of the surrounding land, and therefore has an interest in ensuring that the proposals are well designed and can benefit the community by delivering infrastructure, affordable housing and other, environmental, gains.
Emmanuel College has appointed a specialist project team, fronted by Bidwells, to work with the local planning authority, the local community and other stakeholders to deliver a scheme that is well designed and compliant with local planning policies.
